2. Services
MetricPoints provides tools to collect, analyze, and manage Content Security Policy (CSP) violation reports. These services are available exclusively to users with an active paid subscription.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to the CSP Collector services requires a valid subscription. Plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize MetricPoints to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Overage charges apply if your data usage exceeds your plan’s monthly allotment. Overage rates are detailed on the Pricing page:
- Developer Plan: $0.50 / MB over 100MB
- Team Plan: $0.45 / MB over 500MB
- Business Plan: $0.40 / MB over 2GB
Overage charges are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes to the overage rates.
4. Account Suspension
Failure to maintain a valid subscription or pay applicable overage charges may result in suspension or termination of your account and loss of access to services, including your collected CSP data.
5. Data Usage and Retention
We store CSP reports on your behalf. You are responsible for managing your data usage. MetricPoints may impose storage limits or delete old data in accordance with your plan’s limits and retention policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. MetricPoints reserves the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct without prior notice.
7. Modifications to the Service
We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including features, pricing, or storage limits, with or without notice. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
MetricPoints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
